Sierra Monolithics mixed signal ICs are designed using some of today's most advanced semiconductor platforms; the means by which we push the performance of our chips to the limits of current technology. Primarily SiGe based, our high speed ICs and multifunction modules frequently set performance benchmarks for industry competitors. The majority of Sierra Monolithics products are RoHS compliant.
