Mr. Roots is a chartered accountant from the UK who brings extensive experience in financial control to his current position. He was previously Vice President, Corporate Controller at JDS Uniphase and prior to that Vice President of Finance for E-Tek Dynamics, which was acquired by JDS Uniphase in June, 2000.
