Mr. Molitor joined Sierra Monolithics as Sr. Vice President of Operations in January 2009. He has served for more than 25 years in the semiconductor industry where he specializes in manufacturing operations & new product development.

Prior to joining Sierra Monolithics, he held senior management positions at Staccato Communications, TelASIC Communications, Accelerant Networks (acquired by Synopsys) and Dallas Semiconductor (acquired by Maxim Integrated Products). Earlier in his career, he held design & product engineering positions at Cypress Semiconductor and Mostek.

Mr. Molitor holds a BSEE from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
