Mr. Cormier is a seasoned technology executive with over twenty years experience in the analog semiconductor industry, with a background in marketing, engineering and general management.

Jay joined SMI from Mindspeed Technologies, where he served as senior vice president and general manager of the High Performance Analog Business Unit. Prior to that, Jay spent 20 years at ADI in various roles managing RF, analog, and mixed signal businesses in markets such as RF/wireless infrastructure, broadband access, data and telecommunications, video, industrial, instrumentation and automotive.

Jay holds a MBA from Northeastern University and a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
