George Eaton brings 20+ successful years in the semiconductor industry in executive engineering and marketing roles spanning leading public companies such as Intel, National Semiconductor, and Level One Communications and innovative start-ups such as SolarFlare Communications and ClariPhy Communications.

He has defined and developed products for all generations of Ethernet PHYs, from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps, including both the latest 10 Gbps Copper and Fiber standards. He holds M.A.Sc. and B.A.Sc. degrees from the University of Toronto, and an M.B.A. from San Jose State University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (national business honor society) and the IEEE.
