Mr. Clark brings an extensive background in engineering management, product development, and digital circuit design to Sierra Monolithics. His broad experience has included building relationships with customers and partners, technical coordination across engineering disciplines, and overall management of electronic product development from concept to production. He came to Sierra Monolithics in September 2000 following five years at TRW (Redondo Beach, CA).

At TRW, Mr. Clark managed a computer products team responsible for architecting and designing computer systems, microprocessor and interface ICs, and embedded firmware for multiple space and communications applications.

Prior to TRW, he spent eight years at Lear Astronics (Santa Monica, CA), where he was a lead designer and team manager in the development of digital ASICs and circuit boards for military and commercial flight control applications. He holds a BSEE from Ohio University.
