Mr. Hornbuckle brings over 20 years of communications and systems engineering experience to Sierra Monolithics. While working at TRW in Redondo Beach, CA, Craig's responsibilities included architecture definition, design, and production of custom uplink and downlink modems for use in spacecraft applications. He also was the design leader for various GaAs and InP MMIC chipsets.

Since joining Sierra Monolithics, Craig's technical leadership has enabled the company to bring various optical and wireless IC products to market. He holds a BSEE from University of California at Irvine and an MSEE from University of Southern California with emphasis on Communication Systems Engineering.
